The show must go on, and it actually does,
but the parts in this play aren't well cast.
Now, we're onstage again, playing this game,
we try to drown sorrow and all of our shame.

Every comforting word, was frequently used
and instead of wound healing, it just did abuse.
So each our confession fell on deaf ears,
disembogued with uncertainty in an ocean of tears.

I remember me walking alone the streets,
watching the lights, hearing the beats
as well the hilarious shoutings of glee,
searching for something familiar to me.

I remember this evening - it was village fair
and in wanton mood no one seemed to care,
and I didnt either, I was losing my power:
has it been raining for days or an hour?

I remember that bridge over broad river,
no one there to lean on, when I start to shiver.
I was looking down with no reason to stay
as the music seemed to die slowly away.

84. It's like a dream. Am I dreaming? [1. Mai 2007]

but now they're haunting me, these eyes so blue.

I never thought it'd be a pleasure
only to watch you, while you sleep,
to feel you snuggle even closer,
feeling your warmth infold me deeply.

My life is like a movie,
I've seen it all before,
and though I try to change it,
it is the same once more.

I never demand, a single kiss
by looking in his eyes,
I'm floating slowly, drunk with bliss
waiting for the sun to rise.

* 84. - 87. Es ist ein wunderschöner Stern
mitten in mein Herz gefallen,
als ich betrunken durch die Stadt gelaufen bin.
Der wundervolle Stern blieb bei mir,
bis die Sonne sich in aller Früh
von der Nacht verabschiedet hatte.

It's always you, who makes me calming down,
the one to cause anxiety and make me frown.

They have been friends for years.
She was a beautiqueen and no one
could compare to her, since she
was a very friendly person no one
would have even aimed to compare.
He was a heartthrob, for he was
very handsome and witty, so he
was cracking jokes all the time.
He had a lot of girls and they
were falling for him, because
he send them flowers and treated
them like one should treat a
woman and they couldn't resist.
But if you've seen him smiling,
you knew that he was thinking of
her, his best friend, and when
she was hugging him, you could
see it clearly: he was in love.
It was quite evident, you only
had to look at him, when she was
nearby and then when she was away.
And she knew it, she knew he was
in love with her, but she herself
was in love with another boy.
He was quite calm and nerdy, but
it must have been love, because
they looked very happy together.
And this is when the best friends
had a row, this was their first
and it was very awful and his
killer arguments hurt her very
much, so they went separate ways.
She didn't want to hurt him by
having a boyfriend, not at all,
and she didn't want to destroy
the friendship they had, since
it was the most valuable thing.
But she couldn't do anything.
He didn't talk to her, he didn't
even looked at her when they met.
From then on you didn't get the
chance to see him laughing or
making jokes with his friends,
for he was very upset about the
friendship being demolished.
It was like he has been rapt in
a black hole and he couldn't get
out of there without her help.
The whole world seemed to be
collapsed over his head, having
buried him under the rubble.
